I have set up Apsley Recruitment Limited to allow me to provide IT Recruitment Services in the way I believe that they ought to be - by developing long-lasting relationships based on trust, honesty and integrity.
I have a dozen years experience in providing both permanent and contract staff across the range of IT. I have placed candidates at all levels of senority from graduate trainees to Chief Technical Officers for a variety of organisations covering a range from Major Investment Banks to start-up organisations.
The majority of the candidates I submit for vacancies have come from my own network of contacts or are based on referrals from that network. However, I also have access to the relevant job boards and am a 'Certified Internet Recruiter'. This means that I can combine traditional and 'cutting-edge' techniques to find the right candidates for you. The result is that the candidates you will get from me have been properly qualified and are often referenced prior to submission. I work to a ratio of three candidates submitted per role and expect at least 80% of those candidates to be invited for interview.
I differ from many of my competitors in that I don't 'cold call' companies looking for new business. All of my work has been gained through recommendations/referrals and I hope that is testement to my track record of delivering strong candidates in a professional and hassle-free way.
